Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Iflycc, your satisfaction is our top priority. We process and ship most orders within 2–3 days of payment completion. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your order’s progress.
If you receive a defective product, please refer to our limited warranty for further assistance.
General Return and Exchange Rules
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (based on receipt date). After 30 days, returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted.
For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions apply:
- The item must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
- Items sold as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.
- Items explicitly marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are not eligible for return or exchange.
- For online orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Your rights under applicable consumer laws remain unaffected and are in addition to this policy.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be sent back in their original condition. Additional charges may apply if the item shows signs of wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, missing parts, or damage caused by accidents.
Product Quality Issues
If your return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, Iflycc will cover return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
Returns for Personal Reasons
If you are returning or exchanging due to personal reasons, you are responsible for return shipping costs. The determination of the item’s condition and whether it qualifies for return or exchange is at the sole discretion of Iflycc.

- Requests that do not follow the above terms will not be authorized.
- Returns without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund, and Iflycc is not responsible for any lost items.
Authorized Returns or Exchanges
For returns or exchanges that are authorized, Iflycc will provide a prepaid return label. Follow the instructions provided and ensure all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any complimentary gifts are included.
Once your return or exchange is received, we will notify you via email. The item will be inspected, and you will be informed whether your request has been approved or denied based on the item’s condition and Iflycc‘s policies.
If Approved:
- Exchanges will be processed promptly.
- Refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after a few days:
- Please allow extra time for processing.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider for updates.
